Do you offer design services?
No - we do not have graphic design in-house. However, we can recommend some great designers we work with.

Do you provide vinyl stickers?
Our products are printed labels onto paper and synthetics. Most synthetics are suitable for outdoor use, however, they may not be as durable as some vinyls like those used in car-wrapping.

What is the largest label you can make?
labels2uNZ is a narrow web producer of labels and stickers. We can produce a maximum width of 126mm x 2,000mm. Our setup is ideally suited to SMEs, craft designers, cosmetics, etc.,

Is there a minimum quantity?
There is no minimum quantity, however there is a setup fee. The more you purchase the cheaper each label becomes.  For higher quantities please contact our sales team and we can provide you with customised pricing.

I have sent through a design, but realise I need to make some changes. Will this incurr additional costs?
Our team review new orders daily, so if you do find you need to change a supplied artwork on a submitted order, contact us ASAP. If the work has not yet been produced there will be no additional charges to charge out the artwork.

Do you check the artwork prior to printing?
Yes, all artwork is checked prior to printing, however we cannot take responsibility for any errors supplied. If we have any concerns around quality, colours etc., we will notify you prior to starting and if unable to produce the work all money will be refunded.
